Our guests who are allergic to insects, flies etc. should request information about these situations before the rental. It is highly recommended that they take their own precautions. • Apart from the summer months, there may be new home constructions in the regions. For this reason, there is likely to be noise around. This is a general note of all our holiday homes that are active in the winter.
• Due to the infrastructure of the regions, outages may be caused by internet service providers. It is sufficient for emails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites but it may not be sufficient for uses such as watching movies/videos and downloading files.
• Some homes' photos on our site can be taken with "Wide Angle Lenses" to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, objects in photographs may appear larger than their actual size.
• For the requests shorter than the specified minimum stay, reservations can be accepted with an extra cleaning fee of 1.500-10.000 TL with the approval of the host.
• Unless otherwise specified in the advertisement information, there are no food/beverage services and hygiene products (toilet paper, soap, etc.) in our holiday homes.
• The shortest stay is usually 7 nights during the national holidays

Review Date 14-09-2023Konakladığımız evde ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Sadece bize ait olan ve her sabah temizlenen havuzu, kocaman ve konforlu bahçesi (yine her sabah sulanan ve temizlenen), tertemiz eşyaları ile harika bir tatil geçirdik. Küçük bebeğimiz olduğu için tereddütlerimiz vardı ancak hiç zorlanmadık, aksine çok rahat ettik. Batu beye bu harika ev önerisi ve ev sahibimize de evi bu denli konforlu hale getirdiği için çok çok teşekkür ederiz . seneye görüşmek üzere.
